Ryan 영재 Manley

Hi! I'm Ryan. I'm an Electrical Engineering student at Purdue University building the future of nanophotonics, optical systems, and quantum technology. I work at the convergence of light-matter physics, materials science, and precision hardware—from synthesizing anisotropic 2D single crystals and probing hyperbolic polaritons with s-SNOM at Birck Nanotechnology Center to developing room-temperature optical quantum sensing microscopes at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Beyond research, I lead Purdue's student technology ecosystem as President of QSO of Purdue, serve on the Midwest Quantum Collaboratory Student Task Force, and direct initiatives on the executive board of the global non-profit Quantum Coalition.
